What
What are the Limitations of Routine Check-Ups?
Routine check-ups are basic, akin to 'finding a needle in a haystack', only able to detect more obvious abnormalities. For major health threats like early-stage cancer and preclinical cardiovascular diseases, their detection rate is limited, often missing the golden window for early intervention, leaving many in the predicament of 'normal check-up but sudden illness'.

What is a Comprehensive Health Check?
A comprehensive health check is not just a simple aggregation of tests, but a systematic health examination based on individual risk. It customizes screening plans according to different ages, genders, family histories, and lifestyle habits, aiming to detect 'hidden' early diseases and risk factors.

FAQ
Is the radiation dose from a comprehensive health check-up high? Is it safe?
It is very safe. We use low-dose scanning technologies, such as low-dose spiral CT, which have reduced radiation levels to very low amounts, comparable to taking a few long-haul flights or a year's worth of background radiation. The health benefits (early disease detection) far outweigh the minimal radiation risk. MRI and ultrasound examinations have no radiation.
How often should I have a comprehensive health check-up?
It is recommended to have a comprehensive health check-up annually as part of your yearly health assessment. For individuals with specific high-risk factors (such as family history or past medical history), experts may advise shortening the interval for certain tests (e.g., a low-dose CT scan every six months).
Is a painless gastroscopy really painless?
Yes, it is completely painless. A short-acting anesthetic is administered intravenously before the examination, putting you into a sleep state. The entire procedure takes about 10-20 minutes, after which you wake up quickly with no memory or discomfort from the examination. After a brief rest, you can leave, making it an excellent experience.
What about the cost? Is it reimbursable?
Comprehensive health check-ups are considered a health expense and are not currently covered by basic health insurance. However, you can use the balance of your personal health insurance account to pay (policies may vary by region). Additionally, many high-end commercial health insurance products include coverage for check-ups, so you can consult your insurance company. We also offer a variety of packages at different levels for you to choose from.
